The Restaurant

We believe that eating is one of life's greatest pleasures and so we have brought together an outstanding team of chefs to create one of Guernsey's finest food experiences. We use only the finest local produce, the freshest local seafood, vegetables that are grown next door, and our meats are carefully selected from one of the finest butchers in the British Isles. Our classically trained international chefs create menus based on the ever changing seasons, using natural fresh herbs picked from our own extensive gardens. The candlelit Garden Restaurant with its roaring log fires overlooks the leafy and peaceful courtyard garden. French windows open onto the sunny terrace in the summertime making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining.
